Waiheke Homes is a real estate agency located in Oneroa, It is a team of full time real estate agents selling and marketing properties around Waiheke.

Proud owners and creators are Tobias and Brad. They are a locally owned agency selling Waiheke homes to kiwis and internationals across the globe including Colorado, London, Singapore, Australia and New York.

In 2025 Waiheke Homes moved next door to a bigger space. The location they were in is currently up for lease. The shop next door was available because Timmy Smith went to a bigger building across the road

I would say the location is double the size of the last one. with a better sign and much more glass that faces walkable path. So you can view many more available homes from the outside of the business.
