Wharf Road Carpark
Wharf Road Carpark is located in Ostend near the boat ramp. There are about 6-8 parks designed for cars towing boats, plus some side parking for regular length cars.
Carparks
Waiheke has a range of small to medium sized carpark lots, but most car parking on the island is roadside. Some parking lots have 24hr-48hr parking.
Carparks offer disability parking, boat/trailer parking, truck parking, EV charging stations, motorbike parking and even some hoops to lock up a push bike or E scooter.

The PlaceMakers/ Waiheke Living carpark is located at 102 Ostend Road. In the shopping complex. The parking lot consists of 150+ carparks and 5 disability parks.
Matiatia Main Carpark
Matiatia main carpark is the largest paid carpark on Waiheke located near Fullers ferry terminal. Parking costs are either $3.50 or $6.50.
Onetangi Secret Carpark
“Onetangi Secret Carpark”- I call it this because the carpark signage is minimal, and trees are now preventing a view of it from the road.
Oneroa Main Carpark
Oneroa main carpark or “Oneroa back carpark” – that’s what most locals call it – is located behind the main Oneroa shops. Accessed via Oue Road or Weka Road.
Matiatia Upper Carpark
Matiatia upper gravel carpark, The official name is Owhanake Carpark, is a free 48 hour parking lot that is a 8-10 minute walk from the Fullers terminal.
Kennedy Point Carpark
The Kennedy Point carpark is located at 108 Donald Bruce Road, close to the Sea Link ferry. It has a wide range of features, 60 flat carparks, 1-2 disability and EV charging ports.
Surfdale Main Carpark
Surfdale main carpark is located at 20b Hamilton Road. It has a wide range of features, 20 Flat carparks, 1 Disabled carpark, 5 Motorbike carparks and EV charging.
