Nomads has now closed and moved over to a new cafe/restaurant called Obee’s – Oceans Best, the owners appear to be the same.
Overview
Nomads is a terrace & bistro café/restaurant it is located in Oneroa. It was created by two passionate hospitality workers that try to give their customers fresh, fun and also creative dishes to suit all flavours and cuisines.
You can enjoy a cold fruit or veggie smoothie or juice, while sitting in the sun looking out at breathtaking views of Oneroa beach. Make it a meal by adding a delicious burger, taco or fish and chips.
They serve breakfast, lunch and dinner and also occasionally host events.
They have recently upgraded their pizza oven and now offer a bucket of beers to enjoy.

The best way to access Nomads is either roadside or Oneroa main parking. If the parking lot is full there is parking on a side street. Longer vehicles would be best to park on a side street as the mentioned parking lots don’t have long parking spots.

Close To Nomads Terrace & Bistro
Oneroa Beach – Also known as Big Oneroa, is one of the main beaches in Oneroa, is it situated walking distance from Oneroa village which you will find plenty of shops.
Thirsty Liquor Waiheke –Thirsty Liquor Waiheke is the closest liquor shop from the Matiatia Ferry, with a wide range of wine, beer, spirits, vapes, smokes and snacks.
Waiheke Library – Waiheke Library was built new in 2014-2015, it moved from next door where Waiheke Adult Learning is currently located. The newer building is about 800sm.
Shambhala – Shambhala sacred shop is a small spiritual shop based in Oneroa, that holds a collection of beautiful crystals, incense and candles.
