Wharf Road Boat Ramp and parking lot is located down the far end of Wharf Road, you have a nice little scenic drive with ocean views of Putiki Bay on the left side. Once you almost get to the parking lot you have some single car parks available on the left in the gravel parking lot also both rubbish and recycling bins available. There is also a high level lookout with nice ocean views, this is were we took the photos for this post.
Parking
There is about 6-8 parks designed for the car plus boat trailer on the back for day trips.
There is a Dinghy/Kayak storage rack and many people just opt to leave boats parked around that and on the edge of the ramp.
I think there is no time limit on the parks if car/trailer has Rego and Wof, it might be 24-48 hours I will do some more research into this and update.
