Waiheke Workout

Overview

Waiheke Workout is the longest running gym on the Island. Located at the start of Tahi Road. They are fully equipped with all the equipment – squat racks, bench press, medicine balls, leg press and a range of cable resistance equipment.

They have shared bathroom facilities, changing rooms, scales, sauna and a drinking fountain.

The gym also has Free Wifi.

The gym has over 4 personal trainers that can help you reach your goals, they also offer a range of classes starting at $10

Waiheke Workout also offer Pilates and spin classes in there group fitness building, located on Poto Road.
