Overview

Vets on Waiheke is a vet clinic located in Ostend. They offer wellness and emergency care services designed to keep your pet as healthy as possible.

Proud owner and vet is Alex, she graduated in 2004 in Germany but had to re sit all her exams again in NZ. She has a team of vet nurses and surgeons, all with their own experiences and skills.

Their services include annual checkups, vaccinations, microchipping, desexing and regular treatments. Also routine health examinations and advanced surgeries.

They also offer other services such as artificial insemination, dietary counselling, geriatric care and a mobile vet clinic.

In addition they are the only registered cattery on the island, cats are monitored by a vet and get regular visits from a vet nurse each day.

You can now train your puppies between 8 weeks and 16 weeks of age at their puppy pre school course which is broken up in 3 categories in 4 weeks with their dog trainer Brooke.
