EcoZip Adventures is a eco adventure, that offers a 3 hour experience of flying fox ziplines with stunning views and a forest walk on Waiheke Island, for nature lovers of all ages.
On your arrival to Waiheke Eco Zip shuttle picks you up at Matiatia ferry terminal. Their drivers guide you to some of Waihekes most famous beaches, incredible properties and vineyards, as you travel to Trig Hill, one of the highest points on the island and home to Eco Zip HQ.
Once harnessed up experience flying high above a working vineyard and lush forest treetop canopies. With dual cables each over 200m long, you’ll be side-by-side with friends and family in an unforgettable shared experience across 3 separate giant lines. With easy-to-use directional control, you choose how you want to fly – hands free, straight or sideways, or switch in-between to take in the views!
In 2010, EcoZip was imagined and created by two friends Chris & Gavin, while having a few beers at small bar on Auckland’s North Shore. They wanted to introduce an experience that showcased everything they loved about New Zealand.

Access Information
The best way to access Eco Zip is off Trig Hill Road at the end there is a cul-de-sac with a private driveway/road, Eco Zip is located down the driveway. There is plenty of parking at Eco Zip parking lot
Otherwise if you have booked the tour. Eco Zip shuttle will collect you from the ferry terminal and drive you to their headquarters.
Note: Trig Hill Road is a very narrow road, be careful and fully focused when driving on the road. Watch for oncoming traffic.
