WISCA (Waiheke Island Society for the Care of Animals) is a not-for-profit charity dedicated to providing help and support to the animals, and the community of Waiheke Island.

Waiheke High School is the only high school on Waiheke, they teaches students from year 7 to year 13. All the needed years to advance into university or trades.

Te Huruhi Primary School was officially opened in 1986, it is a school for students from Year 1 to Year 6. Located on Donald Bruce Road, looking out at waihekes beautiful Huruhi Bay.

Waiheke Kindergarten is a kindergarten located on Donald Bruce Road. They offer children ages 2-5 a safe and enriching environment with learning programmes.

Neil’s motorcycle and engineering workshop is located in Surfdale. He focuses on motorbike repairs, plastic welding, steel welding and fabrication work.

Waiheke Connect is located in the Old Surfdale Post Office, they use the building as a co-working space for freelancers, entrepreneurs, creative, or remote workers.

Wai Water is water delivery company located on Blake Street. They have a fleet of large stainless steel water trucks that cart and deliver water to residential water tanks.

Toy Library Waiheke is small community run business located on Hamilton Road open every second Saturday. They hire educational toys, kids party items, car seats and more.

Te Korowai o Waiheke is a charitable trust that kills stoats and rats on Waiheke island and has over 20 staff members with a wide variety of jobs

Total Storage Surfdale is a self storage facility, they have storage units in the form of shipping containers and small retail units at the front of the complex.

Surfdale Auto and Marine is a boat and car mechanic. They do a wide range of automotive repairs and marine repairs from engine work, rust repairs and diagnostics.

Island Engineering is a engineering company located in Surfdale. They do a wide range of welding and steel fabrication, I beam, C beam and structural plates.
