Shelly Beach boat ramp is a beach launch. It is very small and mainly for launching dinghies, kayaks and small recreational yachts like lasers.
Lannan Road is a narrow road located in Surfdale, that connects from a top of Tetley Road down to Surfdale Beach and The Esplanade. The speed limit is 30 km/h.
Surfdale boat ramp is a smaller gobi block beach launch ramp. It is just designed for cars/utes to launch smaller boats or jet ski’s through the soft shelly sand.
Shelley Beach Reserve is located down the middle of Shelly Beach Road, it has a publicly accessible fruit garden featuring pears, apples, bananas and more.
Putiki Reserve is a open grass section located at the end of Shelly Beach Road overlooking Putiki Bay. Waiheke Sea Scout hall named “The Ship is situated here.
Waiheke Sea Scouts is a youth adventure club located on Putiki Reserve. Waiheke youth ages 6-26 learn new skills, have an adventure and make new friends.
Wilma Road is a long, windy residential street located in Surfdale/Ostend. It has a peaceful bushy vibe and a large reserve called Te Toki Reserve.
