Overview

Waiheke Island Resort is a 3 star resort located in Palm Beach suburb. Only minutes from the beach. They have a onsite restaurant, swimming pool and mini golf course.

The resort is situated hillside overlooking Palm Beach, Mawhitipana Bay & the greater Hauraki Gulf. Housing 50 properties onsite. Rooms range from studio apartments, villas and condos.

Their unique onsite facilities include a panoramic swimming pool deck, spa pools, licensed restaurant/bar & Waiheke’s only 18 hole miniature golf course.

The Waiheke Island Resort can facilitate all manner of functions & events – from corporate retreats & weddings, to romantic getaways & family holidays.

Apartments are commonly being sold at the the resort for $400,000-700,000. I think this is more of a body corporate style ownership, so you pay ongoing costs but have a maintained section and property/unit. Will try to find some more details on this going forward.
