Food vendors must reside on Waiheke Island.
Food needs to compliment the Waiheke Ostend Market Existing Food.
All food vendors need to have a current Food Registration Certificate.
Limited spots for food trucks and carts.
Each and every electrical appliance and extension cord needs be tested and tagged.
Gas bottles need to be current.
Appropriate fire extinguisher should be kept at hand.
Hand washing equipment is required.
All cups, plates, straws and cutlery used must comply with our Zero Waste policy.

Access Information
There is no real “best way” to access the market. Its pretty much a free for all and can be a real grind to find a park. On the hot days we park at the supermarket shade parking or just walk from home. In the summer months it can be 100s of cars parked up for the market on side street and near by locations. Just be careful not to park at businesses with private parking as your car might be towed or fined.
