Waiheke Property Services also known as WPS, is a business that does property cleaning and maintenance as well as an on-island linen service.

Waiheke Property Services (WPS) offers an annual ‘Warrant of Fitness’ for your home, compiling a report of key systems – electrical, plumbing, water tanks & septic, as well as a visual inspection of the exterior of the home. If required WPS can offer a wash down service, to clean the exterior of the house, including windows and can advise on all other maintenance areas of concern.

Other key services offered by WPS are cleaning – with an in-house team of professional housekeepers; linen hire & bed making for one-off events or an ongoing agreement and full property management.

The best way to access will be up their driveway, just make sure to drive around clockward. They have a few parks for customers. Nothing long enough for trucks, they would be best parked down on the side of the road.
