Makora To Kiwi Walkway

Overview

Makora Ave to Kiwi Street walkway is the walkway that connects you from the middle of Makora Ave down close to Blackpool Beach. Or if you are down at the left side of Blackpool Beach you can walk up Kiwi Street 20-30 m to get access to the bottom of the walkway.

Both ends of the walkway seems to have some level of parking, with better parking on the Kiwi Street side. As the Makora side is a narrow road.

Walkway Summary

If you are going up the walkway, you will be greeted with over 80 steps, with some nice trees and nature, just be careful to follow the yellow top markers as we almost ended up in a private section.

We rate it a 5/10 difficulty with the main hard bit is all the steps.
