Overview

Greenacres is Waiheke’s only fully accredited wastewater operator, that offer a service for Waiheke septic tanks and wastewater system.

Greenacres has over 20 years experience servicing the Island’s wastewater needs. They operate sustainably they process, filter and treat all of Waiheke’s wastewater and carefully monitor the health of our precious ecosystem.

They care for the local community – Sewerage issues do not always arrive at an appropriate time. They offer emergency services 7 days a week for all your poorly timed blockages and overflows!

They serve domestic & commercial customers by offering septic tank cleaning, system servicing, emergency sewer unblocking, site cleaning, portaloo hire and more.

In addition they have a service of delivering mulch and topsoil to your location and their yard is open to commercial customers to drop off clean garden waste to ensure there is always mulch available on the island from its natural source.

2025 Update

Have added email, The only other update I can see is they are offering $50 discounted septic tank check, that will evaluate the flow, check if you tank is pollution surrounding waterways and performance of your tank.

Septic tank pumping has increased to around $400 from the look of the latest quote.

Access Information

The best way to access Greenacres Waiheke would be on Waiheke Road, this is entered via Onetangi Road. Greenacres front gate is located on a small unpaved road called Fisher Road.
