Waiheke Techs is a small tech shop and computer servicing company located on George Street. They sell computer accessories and fix/repair tech products. They essentially are a computer A&E.
It is owned by a Waiheke local named Briin, who has worked in computers and digital services on the island since 2004.
For many years Waiheke Tech was located on Putiki Road, until May 2025 they moved to George Street.

Chargers, memory sticks and software.
They offer a few services such as upgrading, repairing, installing computers, modems, printers and routers. Other services included setting up emails, websites and more.
They also offer free deliveries for new products purchased from them and do call outs around Waiheke Island from Oneroa to Onetangi for any tech related problems.
Gear Grab is a hire shop on Waiheke, they have a wide range of everyday gear. Their store consists of party, gaming, outdoors, household, tech and more.

Waiheke Techs were originally located on Putiki Road for many years, as of May 2025 they are now located on George street, Surfdale. Which has more space and more stock. The new location has better access and parking, with brighter congenial premises.
