Shelly Beach boat ramp is a beach launch. It is very small and mainly for launching dinghies, kayaks and small recreational yachts like lasers.
Shelly Beach is a south side beach located in Surfdale. Launching at Shelly Beach is tide dependent.
located near the waters edge are dinghy stands to store dinghies and kayaks. Many locals lay boats under trees or near the waters edge on the grass berm.
The beach also has a nice grass area which is a great family spot for a quiet picnic on the grass or use the picnic tables, BBQ and toilet.
