Overview

Connect Studio Waiheke is a wellness studio that offers physio consultations and pilates classes. They focus on clients to unwind mentally, educate and challenge themselves.

Connect studio is owned and created by Waiheke locals Nick and Charlotte.

They chose the word Connect for a number of reasons. Both Nick and Charlotte have a holistic method of treating and training the body as a whole in order to achieve longevity, rather than a temporary fix of one part. The name also alludes to the connection between mental and physical wellbeing, as well as the connection between people in a community.

Their Waiheke pilates studio is full of natural light and greenery, and kitted out with high quality Pilates equipment designed to both assist and challenge your body.

Their Waiheke physiotherapy service uses a unique approach, combining connect therapy, the thoracic ring approach, and the latest evidence-based physiotherapy techniques from around the world.

They focus on identifying the root cause of your pain or injury, improving movement habits, and teaching you how to move well for long-term recovery — not just short-term relief.

In 2025 they have introduced new instructors and staff members and in September 2025 they released their new merch – Hoodies and Tees
