Overview

Man O’ War Vineyards is a restaurant/vineyard located at the eastern end of Waiheke. Enjoy wine flights or private tastings and long lunches against the panoramic backdrop of Man O’ War Bay.

They have become well known for their Syrah, Chardonnay, and Waiheke’s signature Bordeaux Blends.

Their restaurant has outdoor and indoor seating which can accommodate large groups for weddings or special events.

Man O’ War Vineyards isn’t just a vineyard it also gives their visitors the opportunity to see Man O’ War Bay above the trees with their Zipline experience called Forest Flight which was launched in 2024.

It’s easy to get to them with direct sailings from Auckland’s Viaduct to Man O’ War (approx 90 mins duration).

The Fullers Eastern Explorer Bus runs frequently over Summer, the first bus meets the 9am ferry from downtown Auckland at Matiatia Ferry Terminal. Check the timetable online Book your Eastern Explorer Bus online as seating is limited.
