Mama’s Kitchen Vietnamese is brand new cafe/food cart on Waiheke located in Oneroa. They have a range of Vietnamese food options. They are located down from Pop Scooter Hire.

Mama’s Kitchen Vietnamese are family members of Rose from Rose Beauty Spa (Local nail salon).

They offer many varieties of Vietnamese dishes from Banh mi’s, Bun Tron and Pho which are cooked on site and ready to collect.

Yheke team were one of the first 5 customers to this business. They opened on the 15 September 2025. So not only do we list all the business information, we get down on the ground floor and try these places.

The cart looked pretty busy when we were waiting for our food. This might of been due to opening rush on a new business. But its good to see lots of local support.

One of the management team told me, that they have lots of family here helping with the opening of the shop.

This bakery sells an assortment of hot/cold easy to go meals such as pies, sausage rolls, hotdogs, cordon bleus, sandwiches, fruit salads and sweet foods.

The Ocean View

The Ocean View is a cafe/Restaurant in the middle of Oneroa, they serve a range of fresh breakfasts, lunches and Dinner. With a full range of Spirits.

Bisou Cafe

Bisou Cafe brings a taste of Europe to Waiheke Island, serving up savoury and sweet crepes, freshly baked baguettes and pastries alongside Eighthirty coffee and fresh juices.

Wai Kitchen

Wai kitchen is a café/restaurant located in the middle of Oneroa Village, their menu consists of delicious breakfasts and lunches with their own edible floral style.

Have added menu and food to the listing.

Update Two: They now have a website that you can book meals and drinks on, it also has the shop hours so you can only book during the operating hours.

They have added new dishes to their menu.

Food Sold

• Goi Cuon – Rice paper roll with noodles, pickled carrots, mix of lettuce, cucumber and a few meat/tofu options to select from.
• Banh Mi – Vietnamese baguette with pate, pickled carrot cucumber, coriander and a few meat/tofu options to select from.
• Bun Cha ha Noi – Rice noodles with grilled pork belly, meatballs, spring roll, pickled carrot mix and dipping sauce.
• Bun Tron – Rice noodle, pickled carrot mix salad, crispy shallots, roasted peanuts, fried onion.
• Com Tam – Rice pickled carrot, cucumber mix salad, dipping Sause and a selection of meat.
