Overview

Allpress Olive Groves is a bistro restaurant located in Rocky Bay/Onetangi. Inspired by the rustic charm of European cantinas celebrating simplicity and seasonality.

They opened the doors to Bistro Allpress in 2025.

Their menu changes regularly and is crafted around local and New Zealand ingredients. Each dish features just a few great ingredients, creating honest, nourishing food that lets their olive oil shine.

For a causal dining experience, enjoy their courtyard with pizza kitchen and bar, perfect for those long summer days ahead.

Allpress also offers luxury accommodation and a tasting room/store to purchase and try their award winning olive oils.

History of Allpress

Their first olive trees took root at Rangihoua Estate in 1997,and over the years those trees have continued to flourish. Founded by a Waiheke local and owner of Allpress espresso Michael Allpress began milling from his own trees in 2016, working alongside what was formerly Rangihoua Estate. When the chance came to purchase Rangihoua and another island grove number 29, in 2021, he seized the opportunity to bring a new vision to life.

Since then they have crafted award winning olive oils, built beautiful luxury holiday homes set amongst the olive groves and opened their bistro called Bistro Allpress in 2025.

This bakery sells an assortment of hot/cold easy to go meals such as pies, sausage rolls, hotdogs, cordon bleus, sandwiches, fruit salads and sweet foods.

Wai Kitchen

Wai kitchen is a café/restaurant located in the middle of Oneroa Village, their menu consists of delicious breakfasts and lunches with their own edible floral style.

Bisou Cafe

Bisou Cafe brings a taste of Europe to Waiheke Island, serving up savoury and sweet crepes, freshly baked baguettes and pastries alongside Eighthirty coffee and fresh juices.

The Ocean View

The Ocean View is a cafe/Restaurant in the middle of Oneroa, they serve a range of fresh breakfasts, lunches and Dinner. With a full range of Spirits.
