Overview
Waiheke Island Resort is a 3 star resort located in Palm Beach. Is is only about a 5 min walk to the beach. They have a onsite restaurant that is open most days.
There is a panoramic swimming pool, with a deepest point of 2.8 metres (pretty deep). The swimming pool sits hillside, overlooking beautiful Palm Beach and the wider Hauraki Gulf.
People are commonly selling some of the rooms at the the resort for $400,000-700,000. I think this is more of a body corporate style ownership, so you pay ongoing costs but have a maintained section and property/unit. Will try to find some more details on this going foward.
