Matiatia Main Carpark is the biggest carpark On Waiheke Island, it has places for 15min free parking, drop off only zones and lots of disability parking.
The parks are free, shade from trees blocks sun on the cars in the afternoons. It is also like a 1min walk from the beach and from the looks of it it has no max duration.
Oneroa Main Carpark or Oneroa Back Carpark is what most locals call it as it is located behind the main road shops. The Carpark is split up into two main carparks.
Wellington Road is located in Surfdale Waiheke, The speed limit is 30 km/h. This road connects you from upper Surfdale to Palm Beach and Oneroa.
Oneroa Village Lane is located in Oneroa on Waiheke, It has views of the Ocean and lower Oneroa Shops. The speed limit is only 30 km/h. With a few businesses like Red Crab.
Weka Road is located in Oneroa on Waiheke, It has views of the Trees from most homes. The speed limit is only 30 km/h. With the Fire Station located on this road.
Carsons Road is located in Omiha and kind of Onetangi at the same time. The speed limit is 50 km/h. This road takes you to up to Batch winery and the Waiheke Airport.
Gordons Road is located in Omiha and kind of Whakanewha at the same time. The speed limit is 50 km/h. This road takes you to up to farmland and a camp ground.
Musson Drive is located in Omiha and kind of Onetangi at the same time. The speed limit is 50 km/h. This road takes you to up to a dead end with some drives at the end.
Waimangu Road is located in Omiha and more specifically Woodside Bay. The speed limit is 40 km/h. This road takes you to up to a dead end and gravel turnaround.
