Overview
Waiheke Retirement Village is located on the beachfront of Anzac Bay. There are over 40 Units/Houses in the village. They have many different options depending on your needs.
Waiheke Retirement Village was established in 1990’s, being the only retirement village on the island. It is a private and tranquil retirement community with 56 independent villas situated close to the water’s edge at Anzac Bay. The village is 400 metres from Ostend where you will find the Ostend Medical Centre, RSA, Woolworths shopping centre and physiotherapist, along with a variety of retail shops and cafes.
There are a variety of organised activities, regular outings and events on offer as well as a range facilities including an indoor heated swimming pool, spa pool and library.
Waiheke Retirement Village is owned by a internationally experienced owner called lifecare residences, they have over 30 years experience and run many retirement villages around the world.
